The initial layout

The first thing we had to do is figure out where we were going to locate the building. One of the
conditions was it had to be at least 400' from the main road. Well that put us right in the lowest spot
of the property...and the soggiest in the spring. We decided to shift it back further so the west end
of the building would be at the 460' mark.

Notice how thick the trees are. We have quite a job ahead of us.
