Blizzard
Blizzard, you had only been with us a few short weeks, but in those weeks you brought us a
lot of joy. We were so proud and happy with the progress you had made and the fun you were
having. We had hoped you'd be with us a few years even if you were about 12 years old when
you came to us.

You were such a good boy. You always tried to understand your new mom & dad and did
whatever we asked. You never got lost on walks, never got in the garbage can and never drank
from the toilet.

We don't know for sure what happened. As the vet said, maybe you herniated a disk. Or
maybe it was just that you figured: "I've had a few weeks of fun, jogging along, climbing a few
stairs, exploring new territory, smelling new smells, going for swims in the pond, (even riding in
the new van to get there), walking as far as I wanted, sharing the occasional peanut butter
sandwich or cream cheese on a bagel and going for long car rides. I'm an old man now and I've
seen and done everything I wanted to see and do, so I guess it's time for a very long rest".

Blizz you are sorley missed. In the short time you were here, we grew to love and respect you.

Love, George & Holly
